Is fertility guaranteed?
In short, no. While we do our best to make sure that you are happy with your purchase, there are several things that are simply beyond our control and for which we are not and cannot be responsible, namely, the fertility of your cow or heifer, or the success rate of your vet or tech.
That said, we assure you that we only raise and breed the very best cattle and provide only the best semen for our customers. Rest assured that we are always doing our best to get you from start to finish with a happy cow in milk, and you a smiling from ear to ear with a healthy calf that pleases you immensley.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time is typically 5-7 business days from the time of your order. However, while rare, delivery can sometimes take up to 10+ business days. If it’s been over 10 business days and you haven’t received your order, feel to contact us.
Has COVID-19 affected delivery times?
At this time there are no meaningful shipping delays due to government-mandated COVID-19 restrictions.
How much does shipping cost?
We charge a flat shipping fee of $150 on all orders of bull semen, no matter how many straws you order. Please note that, while rare, shipping costs may change from time to time.

What is your refund / exchange policy?
By default, all sales are final and non-refundable and non-exchangeable. For questions about specific situations or circumstances, contact us.

Can I cancel or change an order?
Cancellations or changes are not possible once an order is in processing. However, if an order is not yet in processing, a cancellation or change may be possible, but you’ll need to email us at [email protected] or fill out a trouble ticket as soon as possible.
Do you ship internationally?
By default, we only ship to customers in the U.S. However, semen from Rowan is available for Canadian customers (shop Rowan single straws and straw bundles).
